Start with the registration. Every registered project carries a RERA number you can look up; The Crest is registered under WBRERA/P/DAR/2023/000789.
Ask for the sanctioned plan and match your block, floor and unit letter against the drawings. On a seven-flat floor lettered A to G, the difference between two adjacent units can be two hundred square feet.
Confirm the parking allotment in writing and check where it sits — basement, ground floor or front open space are not interchangeable in daily use.
Finally, read the handover clause: the promised date, the grace period and the defect liability window. A developer confident in delivery will not hesitate on any of it.
