- The project is on SNT Road, Siliguri, West Bengal 734001. Siliguri Junction is 750 m away, NJP Railway Station 6.1 km and Bagdogra Airport 13.6 km.
- What configurations are available?
- The residential part offers 3 BHK flats — three bedrooms, hall and kitchen — in two layouts, one with two toilets and one with three toilets. Seven flats, A to G, sit on each floor.
- What are the flat sizes?
- On typical floors, carpet areas run from 909 to 1,092 sq ft and super built-up areas from 1,442 to 1,709 sq ft. Super built-up area is calculated as built-up area plus proportionate common area, plus 20%.
- Do the flats have a terrace?
